Frequently Asked Questions - Returns and Refunds
We're sorry you need to return anything – please reach out to us at email@example.com within seven days of package receipt. Do bear in mind that unless it's a return arising from an error on our part, the customer will bear all return shipping charges.
Please ensure that items are returned new, unused, and intact with all tags still attached. We are unable to accept items that have been used, are soiled, or without sales tags.
Once the items have been received, refund will be made via the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days, or depending on your credit card billing cycle, for the refund to be reflected in your statement.
Unfortunately we facilitate exchanges only when an item was wrongly delivered, damaged or defective.
If you changed your mind, please return your order and place a new one.
